My Approach
Every person possesses a unique inner world. Symptoms are rarely meaningless; they are often attempts by the mind to solve problems that cannot yet be consciously understood.
Therapy is therefore not simply a process of receiving advice. It is a collaborative investigation into one's emotional life. Together we examine recurring relationships, dreams, fantasies, memories, and emotional reactions to discover the deeper logic that organizes experience.
I draw primarily from the psychoanalytic tradition, while remaining attentive to contemporary developments in psychology and neuroscience where they genuinely deepen clinical understanding.
I believe lasting psychological change occurs not through techniques alone, but through the gradual development of insight within a trusting therapeutic relationship.
